GANTZ- World Financial Innovation Group, maintains excellent relationships with the leading financial resources around the world.
When requesting funding/Investment, business plans and proposals may be submitted via email.

We are working closely with the client in every aspect of the process, from the date of engagement to the actual funding/Investment, to bring this to a successful completion. All information is treated confidentially.
All documents, submitted for consideration should include, a description of the request and intended use of the investment proceeds.
This information is generally communicated most productively through a concise operational business plan and proposal for financing and or, Investments.
All final documentations for funding/Investments, must be signed at the lead issuing bank/lending institution.

If the full amount is exclusively funded by GANTZ- World Financial Innovation Group then, all documentations will be signed at our Head Office/our legal counsel or, our legal representative, in your country of origin.

Acceptance Procedure:
Stage 1 - The customer will provide all necessary documentations, to review by, our financial advisors.
Then, we will perform an elementary Due Diligence (up to 7 working days).
Stage 2 - If we decide to take you on as a client, you will be notified immediately that you have been accepted as our client. At that point in time the customer will be required immediately, to sign the Exclusive Representation and Non Circumvention Non-Disclosure Agreement, and to pay, to our bank account/(*)trustee, as specified above.
Stage 3 - We will perform the complete Due Diligence process and the preparation of the special documentations, & presentation, for our banks and lending institution, around the world, to achieve the require Funding/Investment and the best financial T&C.
Activities & Schedule(An estimate Time).
A. Finalize the Due Diligence - Up to 30 days ARP.
B. Receiving LOC & Closing - up to 3 months AFDD.
All the above estimate time are valid only, after receiving all the necessary documents & approvals, from the customers, to GANTZ and or, to the financial source, satisfaction !!!
FEES/Equity for Raising
The Success Fee for FUNDING/Investment – 3% - 10%, of the total Investment/Funding require, must be paid by the customer, in 2 points of time:
A. 25% of the fees, at the time of the sign and accept by, all parties (client, bank and GANTZ), Agreeing to the terms and conditions of the Letter of Commitment, from the financial resource.
B. 75% of the fees, at the time of closing (date of payment to customer).
In case of INVESTMENT - Fees Plus 10% Equity.

FEES FOR COMMODITIES (GOLD,DIAMONDS,OIL & GAS,etc')
GANTZ POLICY - DEALING DIRECT TO SELLERS/BUYERS !!
GETTING THE OFFICIAL DOCUMENTS - POP/POF !!
EXCLUSIVE REPRESENTATION - ATLEAST 6 MONTHS
SIGNING NCDA+MFPA
FEES - - $100K UP FRONT CHRGE PLUS 10% SUCCESS FEES
Business Development
1.BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT - at the signing stage of the mutual agreement sum of $100K EGF+VAT+Expenses / per mission/per country PLUS 5% from the yearly revenue, duration of 3 years.
THE FEES FOR, A REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT IN ISRAEL:
PAYMENT FOR A *BUSINESS CONSULTANCY - $500/hr+ VAT plus expenses.
OPTION: A PACAGE HOURS, BASED ON :
- A WEEKLY BASIS - $500/hr+ VAT plus expenses.
- A MONTHLY BASIS - 10HRS, $4000+ VAT plus expenses.
- AN YEARLY BASIS - 100HRS,$35,000+ VAT plus expenses
* A BUSINESS CONSULTANCY - A PROFITABLE ASSETS SUCH AS: HOTELS,BUSINESS CENTERS,ETC'.
THE FEE'S FOR CLOSING DEALS: 2% OF THE TOTAL $ DEAL, WILL BE PAID BY,THE SELLER AND THE BUYER.
